Carolyn Slomka
CEO / Senior Occupational Therapist
For the past 30 years Carolyn has worked as an O.T. with over 20 years experience working in children's treatment centres in Toronto and Kitchener/Waterloo where she championed adaptive programs such as wheelchair hockey at Holland Bloorview and Go Baby Go at Kidsability.
In the last 8 years Carolyn has focused on working with preschoolers with a variety of developmental delays. Carolyn brings a love for children and families to her collaborative approach to healthcare.

Lori Hill
Occupational Therapist
Lori is passionate about her role as an Occupational Therapist and for the past 26 years worked at KidsAbility in both the Early Years and School Years programs.
Lori has experience in numerous areas of daily living for clients 18 years of age and younger. Lori's focus is on the client/family's goals, working together to create a joint plan.

Lina Casale
Occupational Therapist
Lina completed her undergraduate degree in Community Health as well as a graduate certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science prior to obtaining her master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
She has experience supporting neurodivergent children and preteens in classroom settings, as well as advocating for autistic children and their families through academic research.
Lina is passionate about taking a collaborative, strengths-based approach to her clinical work.

Karen Onuska
Speech Language Pathologist
Karen has worked as an SLP for over 30 years. For the past 27 years, Karen worked at KidsAbility in the Early Years program providing support for children with a variety of communication needs including; autistic children, motor speech difficulties, early language development, voice/resonance difficulties, stuttering and children using AAC systems.
Karen has worked with children individually, in groups and/or through supervision of Communicative Disorder Assistants. She has also provided a variety of parent education programs during her time at KidsAbility.
Karen is passionate about making therapy fun and functional. She strongly encourages caregivers to be active participants in the therapy process.
